Reservation Policies

• The office for check in and check out will be located at The Bluenose Inn which is next door to The Wonder View Inn.

The Bluenose Inn

• For a cancellation received at least seven days prior to confirmed arrival date, the deposit is refundable, less a $35 administration fee per room. The deposit is nonrefundable for a cancellation received 168 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date.

The Wonder View Inn

• For a cancellation received at least 3 days prior to the confirmed arrival, the deposit is refundable – less a $35 administrative fee per room. The deposit is non-refundable for a cancellation received within 3 or fewer days prior to arrival.

Rollaway beds and cribs are available at an additional cost.

• The management reserves the right to charge for any and all damages.

• Deposit Policy Reservations require an advance deposit equal to one night lodging.

• Our fitness center is currently open with a maximum occupancy restriction

• Our front desk will be open 24/7 for any of your wants or needs. Please remember, we are here to serve you in any way we can.

• Our Looking Glass Restaurant will be serving breakfast only starting Saturday, May 25. We encourage take out service but will have tables available if you would like to dine in the dining room or on the deck. The Looking Glass will be closed on Tuesdays.

• There is a minimum night stay requirement for the current season. Please inquire with our guest services team regarding the current minimums.

• No resort fees.

• Rates subject to change.

• No-smoking in rooms, balconies and in non-designated areas.

The Bluenose Inn

The Wonder View Inn

• The Wonder View Inn is pet friendly and welcomes you and your pet. All pets must be declared at time of reservation and again at check-in. For the comfort and safety of all including our pet guests we must insist upon the following:

  • A pet lodging fee of $25.00 per night, per pet will be assessed on any room a pet occupies. Your pet may never be left unattended in your room or on the grounds at any time. When you go out, your pet must go with you. Pet sitters are available in the area and we can help you arrange for one given enough notice. All pets are to be restrained in public areas. Pets may be walked on any of our 14 plus acres of the property but we ask that you clean up after your pet. Sorry, but your pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or inside the dining room, but please enjoy dining on our deck (weather permitting) with your pet. All damages should be reported to the front desk immediately.

• Our outdoor and indoor heated pools are open for the season. Pets are not permitted in the pool areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Any reduction in your original reservation will result in a forfeiture of the night(s) the reservation is being amended by. (ie. If you booked for three nights arriving on a Friday and depart a day early or arrive a day later, you will forfeit the night that was dropped). A change in dates may be permitted if occupancy allows, however, the rate must remain equal to or higher than the original reservation.

• The Island Explorer Shuttle bus picks up at the Wonder View Inn. For more information and detailed schedules, visit Exploreacadia.com
